These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Varah Group (operated by Varah Health and Technology Private Limited, Kerala, India). They govern your access to and use of all Varah Group products and services:
An AI-powered personal thinking, growth, and wellness companion available as a Progressive Web App. Offered in Free, Core (₹249/mo), Pro (₹499/mo), and Elite (₹999/mo) plans.
An AI-powered ambient clinical documentation platform built for Indian emergency departments. Designed for use by licensed and registered medical professionals.
A luxury skincare brand selling saffron-based products (Facial Serum, Face Cream, Lip Balm) via Amazon India and the NÉVARH website.
Where a specific product carries additional or differing terms, those product-specific terms will take precedence for that product alone.
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any Varah Group product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the relevant service.
For NÉVARH, placing an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Returns Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use ARYA. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. Varah Group reserves the right to delete accounts found to belong to underage users without parental consent.
ErMate is intended exclusively for licensed or registered medical professionals (doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other authorised healthcare practitioners). By creating an ErMate account, you confirm your professional status. All clinical judgement, diagnoses, and patient-care decisions remain your sole professional and legal responsibility.
NÉVARH products may be purchased by any person of legal purchasing age in their jurisdiction. Purchases made through Amazon are additionally governed by Amazon’s own terms of service.
Our products are tools designed to support — never to replace — qualified professional judgement. Please read the following disclaimers carefully before use.
ARYA is an AI assistant for productivity, personal growth, organisation, and general knowledge. ARYA is NOT:

ErMate is a clinical documentation and decision-support tool. It does NOT replace clinical judgement. All diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans, and patient-care decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the treating clinician. No AI-generated output from ErMate should be acted upon without independent clinical verification. Varah Group accepts no responsibility for any clinical outcome, patient harm, or adverse event arising from use of ErMate.
NÉVARH products are cosmetic formulations, not medications or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, allergy, or sensitivity, consult a dermatologist before use. Always patch-test new skincare products before full application.
For ARYA and ErMate, you must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
Varah Group reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a security risk to our systems or other users.
Plans and Pricing:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. A 45-day free trial of all paid features is offered to new users; no card is required during the trial.
ErMate is available on subscription for individual clinicians and healthcare institutions. Billing terms are governed by the specific plan or institutional agreement selected at sign-up. For institutional billing queries, contact support@ermate.app.
Products are sold as one-time purchases. Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy (available on the product listing). Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of delivery confirmation, subject to photographic evidence of the defect.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into any Varah Group digital product. By using the service, you grant Varah Group a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to deliver the service.
You agree NOT to use any Varah Group product to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
Artificial intelligence is an evolving technology. Despite our best efforts, AI outputs from ARYA and ErMate may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or “hallucinated.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of any AI-generated response or document.
For ErMate specifically: AI-generated clinical documentation, differential diagnoses, treatment suggestions, and discharge summaries are advisory only. They do not constitute medical advice. The treating clinician bears full professional and legal responsibility for all patient-care decisions, regardless of any AI-generated content.
For ARYA: Information provided on health, legal, or financial topics is general in nature and must not be treated as professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters of importance.
The Varah Group name, logo, and all associated brands — including ARYA, ErMate, and NÉVARH — together with our software, formulations, designs, content, and underlying technology, are the exclusive intellectual property of Varah Group / Varah Health and Technology Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, sublicense, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of our products without prior written consent from Varah Group.
Content you create using ARYA (such as journal entries and voice notes) remains your intellectual property. You grant us only the processing licence described in Section 06.
Our products integrate with the following third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, conduct, or privacy practices:
We strive for high uptime on ARYA and ErMate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product feature at any time. For ErMate institutional subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material service changes.
NÉVARH product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue, reformulate, or replace products without notice, though we will honour all orders placed before any discontinuation announcement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Varah Group and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or profits — arising out of or in connection with your use of any Varah Group product.
For ErMate, Varah Group expressly disclaims all liability for clinical outcomes, patient harm, adverse events, or medicolegal consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content. The professional duty of care of the treating clinician is not diminished, modified, or transferred by use of ErMate.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to Varah Group in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Varah Group, its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify registered ARYA and ErMate users via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of any Varah Group product after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
You may terminate your use of any digital product by deleting your account at any time. Varah Group may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; however, the following sections survive termination: Sections 09 (IP), 12 (Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, with all remaining provisions continuing in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Varah Group regarding your use of our products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
